Configuring Restaurant bookings with EXTERNAL BOOKING System

 

This type of booking system consists of an integration between STAY and the booking system you’re already using at your hotel. This way, whenever a guest books at this restaurant using the app, the booking will arrive at your booking system and you will be able to manage it like you always have. Whenever you change the status of the booking in your system, STAY will communicate it to the guest with a push notification.

 

If you want to implement this booking system, first we’ll need to know if STAY is already integrated with your booking system. If it is not, the integration will need to be developed. If STAY is already integrated with your booking system, the integration will need to be activated.
