How to add an Upsell 

We can link products with special prices to others, so we can sell two instead of one. For example, if you order a hamburger, you’ll get fries for just €1 extra. 

Route: CONTENT > SERVICES > ROOM SERVICE

1. Hover the cursor over the room service’s box where we want to edit the products and click on the “View Info” option. 
2. Select the “Catalogue” tab.
3. Click on the “Edit” icon near each product we want to add a widget on.  
4. Select the “Add Upsell” option.
5. Name: introduce the upsell name in all the languages available. 
6. Description: brief upsell description in all the languages available. 
7. Category: select the category which we want the upsell to be linked to, which has been previously uploaded. Once selected, the different products from that category will appear, but we will only be able to edit the prices, not the item's names. 
8. Activate the mandatory options switch if we want to set as mandatory any of the three options:
1. Free options: introduce the number of free options before starting adding prices. 
2. Minimum: introduce the minimum number of options guests have to choose. 
3. Maximum: introduce the maximum number of options guests are able to choose. 
9. Click on the “Save” button. 

How to remove an Upsell

Route: CONTENT > SERVICES > ROOM SERVICE 

1. Hover the cursor over the room service’s box where we want to remove the upsell from and click on the “View Info” option. 
2. Select the “Catalogue” tab.
3. Click on the “Edit” icon near each product we want to remove the upsell from. 
4. Click on the cross icon, near the upsell's name to remove it.
5. Click on the “Save” button. 

How to edit an upsell 

Route: CONTENT > SERVICES > ROOM SERVICE 

1. Hover the cursor over the room service’s box where we want to edit the upsell and click on the “View Info” option. 
2. Select the “Catalogue” tab.
3. Click on the “Edit” icon near each product we want to apply changes on. 
4. Edit the content we need. 
5. Click on the “Save” button.
