How to delete On Demand bookings/requests manually in the CMS
In case we have a big volume of bookings and requests, we might need to delete some of them already solved to have a more organized request dashboard. That is the reason why the CMS has the possibility to archive requests and bookings.
Route: ACTIVITY > REQUESTS
- Click on the trash icon beside the request/booking we want to delete.
- Confirm the pop up to delete it completely.
The deleted requests and bookings will be archived and can be consulted by clicking on the “Archived” filter.
