Once we’ve added images to the Gallery, we can use them when we’re creating services for our hotel and introducing their contents.
To do this:
- Click on the Image frame to upload an image for the service.
- A pop up will appear displaying the Images Gallery. We can select an image from the Gallery or we can upload a new one from our computer. To select an image from the gallery click on it. We can select as many as you want.
- Click on “Insert” in the bottom right corner of the pop up and the images will be added to the service.
NOTE: There are two more Galleries we can use when creating a new service: Chain Library and Brand Library. If we’ve uploaded images to those libraries, we’ll be able to select and use them as well, just like the Hotel library. This is useful if your hotel belongs to a Chain and there are certain images which all hotels will use for their contents (for example, the logo of the chain).
