      Summary of major product changes

      STAY is a dynamic product that is constantly changing as we add new features or modify existing ones. Here you will find a brief log and summary of all the changes made to the product every time we upload a new release.

      CMS:

      Added the ability to show products and services revenue data in the original configured currency for the service.

      Fixed some English translations in Requests section

       

      Apps:

      Adjustments have been made to Groupings to improve text display.

      Design adjustments have been made to include the Dress Code option icon in Additional Information (Service Information tab).

      In the Kids club feature, backward navigation is added to the process of adding a member (PWA and Apps).

       

      In PRO, a side menu for editing reservations in the calendar view has been added (CMS)

       

      PWA:

      • The alignment of the restaurant description has been adjusted (Desktop).
      • We have fixed a bug that did not allow clicking on a catalog when there was more than one catalog (Desktop).

      • Finnish language has been added to those available in the platform for CMS, PWA, and native app.

      • For the generation of custom links (My app > Promote your app > Custom links), the new source "TV" is incorporated.

      • In PWA, adjustments have been made to improve navigation through the upselling slider.

      • In the native app, adjustments have been made so that the "Size" field of a product in a request can include several lines and the CTA has also been adjusted.

      • Fixed icon for URLs in Surveys. 

      • Changed "Surveys" name to "Feedback" and "Social Networks" to "External Networks" to avoid confusion of terms reported by clients.

      • Fixed hour displayed in the details screen of a Restaurants Pro reservation.

      • Added option to add individual rooms to Concierge chat, as well as being able to order room ranges. 

      • Standardized size for flag icons (16x16).

      • Ordered "Access records" in the Kids Club section, so they won't appear in random error.  

      PWA

      • Improved certain design details of the surveys V3 section. 

      APPS

      • Updated Assa Abloy SDK in apps. This is important for customers using the Assa Abloy mobile key with our apps.

      • Fixed pagination error and option to eliminate filters in the Surveys Inbox. 

      • Improved desing in rating part of the Surveys Inbox. 

      • Added separation between sections in side menu to make interface layout clearer. 

      • Added icons for services in Facilities & Services sections inside Surveys.

      • Limited the possible categories which can be chosed in the Frontpage to when including the Destination Guide. 

      • Changed icons in the side menu for Content & Activity.

      • Changed texts in Booking Spaces for making this section easier to understand. 

      • Changed Key Tips to be able to show more than one banner when the user enters the CMS for the first time. 

      • Fixed a bug which made it impossible to save a Key tip text if the language selected was not English or Spanish. 

      • Added option to download Quota reservations in pdf or Excel format (Activity > Quota Bookings)

      • [Booking Spaces] Fixed bug which occurred when creating a reservation manually in the table map screen, when using a touch screen. 

      • [Booking Spaces] Changed some texts to make screen easier to understand. 

      • [Map] Fixed bug which occurred when saving new groups in maps section. 

      • [Surveys] Added user name and buttons for each state in the Visitor details pop up. 

      • [Suveys] Fixed F&B filter in Surveys Inbox.

      • Fixed a bug with duplicated allergen icons.

      • Changed default screen when opening a kid's details section to show the "Records" information instead of the Staff Comments. 

      • [Booking Spaces] Added option for downloading file with reservations in PDF format (in addtion to Excel format). 

      • Changed "Delete"icon and added option for deleting groups in the New Map section.

      • Made Audience section inside Analytics visible only for Admin and Corporate users. 

      • Fixed bug which appeared when introducing "time" inputs in Safari.

      • Added selectors and filters so manual reservations for spa treatment can be created faster.

      • Added the option of manually creating reservations for Spa treatments. This is only available for simple treatments, with no addons. 

      • Added the option of linking a corporate service's "add info" to another corporate service (so that the new service will have the same "add info" content as the other one). 

      • [Booking Spaces] Added the option of adding or reordering segments for restrictions, to restrictions which have already been created. (Before, you had to create new restrictions in order to include the new segments). 

      • Fixed bug which displayed the new Destination Guide and Directory Modules in the employee permissions section. 

      STAFF APP

      • Added the option of manually creating reservations for Spa treatments. This is only available for simple treatments, with no addons.

      • New Room Segments section available in the Settings menu (only for Admin and Hotel Corporate Users). These segments are then used to create booking restrictions for guests.

      • [Booking Spaces] Added the option to allow reservations from visitors in the Restrictions sections and the option to manually create new reservations for visitors in the table map section. 

      • [Booking Spaces] Added tooltips to the action buttons and improved texts and design details in the table map screen. 

      • Modified format of creation date in the Guest list screen.

      • Fixed Android bug for Destination Guide

      • Added Delivery Place option to Room Service orders so guests will be able to specify where they want their order delivered. 

      PWA

      • Fixed bugs in shopping cart and request summary price in the request funnel for Standard Room Service in desktop PWA.

      • Improved design in the Welcome Message displayed to a user who has just logged in.

      • Fixed booking summary and booking details screen for several services, so the list of products booked and the currency will always be displayed. 

      • Added the possibility of setting up multiservice restrictions. Instead of having to set the booking restrictions for each service one by one, you can now set restrictions for multiple services at the same time. 

      • Added new Destination Guide and Directory modules. The Destination Guide is for adding destination related contents, while the Directory module is for adding content related to the hotel's services and facilities which cannot be booked.

      PWA

      • Added check out module so the check out service can now be included in the Front Page as one of the possible options. 
      • Added to desktop PWA all the restaurant reservations restrictions: allowing visitors (persons who are not staying at the hotel) to make a reservationSe añade en PWA desktop la parte de spaces restricciones: poder reservar como visitor y gestión de popups login/visitor según las restricciones de servicio y multiservicio que existan.

      • Added option to link a Room Service to a point in the map. 

      • Corrected texts in the Upsell configuration screen.

      • Changes to the Frontpage to eliminate the semitransparent black layer which appears over the background color of the upsell banner. Also, if the upsell banner is white, the hotel's name is displayed in black to improve its visibility. 

      • Added the ISO symbol '£' to differentiate currencies which share the same symbol.

      • Fix grouping bug which caused the map to appear blank in Android.
