What is the Directory feature and how can it help you?

The Directory feature works as an information folder where you can add specific instructions or details about your hotel services that guests need to know on arrival or during their stay. For example: wifi login details, pet policy, smoking policy, phone call charges, currency exchange service, safe box instructions, etc. 

You can create different items and group them into categories according to similar topics or needs. You can also assign an icon to each category so that it’s easier to identify when guests access it from the app.
