What is the guests panel and what is used for

Route: ACTIVITY > GUESTS 

This panel displays all the guests with an actual stay in our Web App and their data: name, room number, guest type (guest or pre-guest), product (Web App or Native App), check in and check out date. 

We can also make the following actions: 

  • Send personalized alerts: click on the bell icon to send an alert to the selected guest by filling in all the requested fields and clicking on the “Send manually” button to send that alert to one specific guest. 
  • See and edit the guest information: click on the pencil icon to both check the guest’s activity (requests and bookings) and change any information if needed by clicking on the “Edit guest” option. 
  • Remove a guest: click on the trash icon to remove a guest and confirm in the pop up window.
