Concierge Chat - Send recommendations and suggestions

Concierge Chat allows us to send different kinds of recommendations and suggestions: 

- Suggest hotel services previously uploaded in the CMS

- Recommend POIs

Suggest hotel services previously uploaded in the CMS

ROUTE: CONCIERGE 

1. Click on the + symbol next to the bar chat. 
2. Write the first letters of the service. 
3. Select the service on the drop down list, once clicked it will be automatically sent. 

This information will be sent to the client as a direct access to the content in the CMS. 

Recommend POIs

ROUTE: CONCIERGE 

1. Click on the map symbol next to the bar chat.
2. Select from the map the POIs, once selected automatically it will be sent to the guest. 

The guest will receive direct access to the point of interest through Google Maps.

Thanks to this we can suggest different places to the guest outside the hotel. .
