Concierge Chat - View and Edit Data

The Concierge Chat Feature allows you to carry out the following actions: 

- Edit guest data

- View the guest´s activity

- Check the status of the requests and guest´s bookings

- View the answered surveys



Edit guest data

If you click on “Edit Guest” we can edit the following data regarding the guest: 

  • Name
  • Checkin - checkout
  • Room number
  • Birthdate 
  • Gender
  • Country
  • Category
  • Companions

 

View the guest´s activity

Below the guest data, there is a record with all the activity: requests, bookings and inquiries done by the guest through the App. 

 

- type of service

- requested service or product

- number of pax

- date and time of the request or booking

 

Check the status of the requests and guest´s bookings

In the guest's activity record, we can view the status of all the requests and bookings and quickly check if the guests have any pending processes or any incidents.



View the answered surveys

Also in this section we can review the surveys, date/time and results. All this without opening a new window in the CMS.
