When managing a kids club, you may need to provide certain information related to privacy policies or terms of use. In those cases, you can share this information with guests using the Legal Notice option.
In order to be able to attach a legal notice to a kids club, you first need to create the text. To learn how to do so, please refer to the article How to create a legal notice for a Kids Club.
Once you have created a legal text, go to the Legal Notice section of a kids club (CMS > Content > Leisure > Kids Clubs > Edit > Legal Notice) to attach it.
Once you are on the Legal Notice screen, click on Add legal text.
Use the drop-down menu to choose a legal notice from the existing texts and add a name for guests to know what it is about.
Check the box Acceptance of the legal notice is mandatory if you want guests to agree to the legal notice before being able to continue with the registration process.
Click on Save Changes.
If you need to remove a legal notice from a kids club, click on the trash icon.
