STAY is the platform which allows hotels to manage and improve their communications with guests during their stay.
In order to do this, STAY provides hotels with a CMS (Content Management System) from which contents and services are introduced and configured so that guests can interact with them using any of the products which make up the platform: Web App, Mobile App, Lobby Touch, Smart Assistant and Chat.
From the CMS the hotel can:
- Add and modify contents about the hotel's facilities and services.
- Configure services inside the hotel as bookable and manage bookings made by guests (accept, reject, propose alternatives...).
- Send push notifications to app users.
- Send to app users surveys about the different services and facilities at the hotel.
- Send promotions and discounts for the bookable services at the hotel.
- Send email invitations to guests to facilitate their access to STAY's products.
